That’s a cute little espresso machine. It’s tempting me to order something.
I had to look it up.

Now ya know!

Sweet sixteen
Ain’t he peachy keen
Me at 16 when I was still a skinny little chicken. 🐥
Who wouldn’t love such a sweet thing as that? 😁
I had a nicely corrupted mind, and loved sneaking down to the back of the yard to smoke my clandestine cigarettes where nobody could see me. 🚬😈

Trying to make the famous Orange Julius at home. I used this recipe.
It tastes kinda-sorta like the original. Interesting anyway. Too sweet.
I used the recipe at the link. I’d say to reduce sugar by 1/3 to 1/2, increase vanilla extract a little. Adding rum might be fun if you want a cocktail.
We used soy instead of dairy. At the mall, they would add a banana for 50 cents. Could do that, too.

I was just listening to the 1982 “Gloria” by Laura Branigan that was a huge gay anthem.
The original was by Umberto Tozzi (1979). It would play in the clubs, too, in Italian.
For me, Branigan’s was the thrilling one. People would fight to get on the dance floor. I danced with many a cutie with love in my eyes with Gloria roaring away.
Night snack. First and second courses.

Brian and I are at Moe’s.
I wanted a Pellegrino to go with the meal, which they no longer have. Person on duty suggested a Dasani Sparkling which I’ve never had before. Good enough.

Memories of the Kmart cassingle (cassette single).
We got disco, on eight tracks and cassettes in stereo…

thought it said, “USA spent more than a BILLION dollars during 20 years of war in Afghanistan”
What a bargain. Seems kinda cheap.
Then I remembered that BILLIÓN in Spanish is TRILLION in English. So, it’s “USA spent more than a TRILLION dollars during 20 years of war in Afghanistan”
WooHoo!
Yeah sure, short an intermittent stimulus check by $600, give every large business in the city a tax “abatement,” and still somehow get dopes to sit on their asses downtown in front of cameras and beg for their taxes to be raised to pay city salaries.
All those yachts in Dubai Harbour, it’s maritime lifestyle like no other!
