Retro photo hunt.
A color portrait of me. Also two photo strips of me taken in Woolworth store photo booth, Elm Street, Greensboro, NC, North Carolina.
My brother, Fred Routh Jr., can be seen in the top image of one of the strips.

Me, age 16, and my mother. My mom. ❤️
That boy felt FUNNY inside, but he was pretty quiet about it for a few more years. Heck, I knew well before 16.
My brother had already started the “I know you have a secret” stuff. A few years later, I could say the same back to him. 😁
Looking at the pics, I think that I may as well have hung a sign around my neck, but these pics were the exception. I usually looked ready to ride a Harley. uh huh, lol. I preferred Yamahas and Suzukis. Must have been part of the problem.
Me, 1991, Pride in Carrboro. Brian and I were already together, so things were looking up.
I often push it out of my mind that by that year I’d lost a good third of my friends to “that disease.”

Este soy yo.
