My refrigerator and electric range (AKA the cooker) are very old. If either one fails, I might replace with a Chinese brand just for TF of it. 😈 Haier, for example, is quite good now.
I notice large appliances. When in Cuba, most people had refrigerators that were either a Russian make or were a GE from Mexico (GESAMEX).

That night we tried like hell to get out but were turned back and insulted to boot.

Somebody lines our street with these for several holidays.
I should burn it and put the stick back in the ground as a warning to others, but then I’d have to move out of the neighborhood, so I leave it alone. 😬
I think I’d like to spend much of my online time fretting about January 6th.

At least it can be said that there is zero ambiguity on where they stand on this issue.

Like an overly patched leaking tire, a nonsensical loopy argument requires constant maintenance. Keep checking back to add air and apply more patches. You might make it for a little while if you get real urgent and lash out.

I’ve been studying these issues for 40+ years.
Early 1980’s, a US magazine reporter (can’t remember now which), crawled on his stomach for long distances to discover entire villages wiped out. Everybody dead. The photography was grisly.
Then, 2021, Empire Queen, Kamala do-not-come-to-US Harris, makes her first international trip after taking office to hang out with the Guatemalan President. Sickening.
Anytime a US citizen hurls the labels communist, Marxist, etc., there’s a ZERO percent chance the person has even the slightest idea what they mean.
The words have gravitas and make the hurler seem politically swank to members of the same…whatever.
