One of my favorite songs this time of year is Silent Night. In this area I frequently hear it in English, German, and Spanish. It works well in all three, and you don't have to have the vocal range of an opera singer to have fun with it. Gospel/Soul versions of it are particularly moving. I seem to recall Aretha Franklin doing a particularly nice job of it.
How about French? Does it sound good in French? I like French usually. Any others?

All of y'all are so cool!Not sure if everybody is familiar with this, but "ya'll" (you all) is southern US term for you-plural, like ustedes in Spanish. It sounds like hell actually. "yaaawww".

Es obvio que lo único que persiste en ellas es la melodía. Al menos en las versiones en inglés y español, ya que la letra no coincide. En inglés dice:"Sleep in heavenly peace", lo que en español se diría "Duerme en calma celestial". La frase "Brilla la estrella de paz" corresponde a "Shining is the star of peace". Anyway, this is one of the most beautiful carols I've ever sung.
