Funny how I like things.

A restaurant kitchen sent out my order one time and had the server ask if I thought it was overcooked. “They couldn’t decide whether to remake it or not. We can quickly get you another one, no problem.”

I said, “looks perfect! Yumm.”

Some dishes I don’t mind hard cooked even to the point of being burned.

In a cafeteria serving line, for example, I’ll sometimes ask for the charred corner of some dish.

While I have time off from work to recuperate from something, names from the past keep popping into my head.

I’m running lots of searches. One after the other: dead, dead, dead, whole family dead.

I’m not THAT old.
