We were dropping off Brian's car for some service today and had a little look at the new ones. There's a new line of "big" Minis now called the Countryman. VERY spiffy!
Image #1: Brian posing beside one of the more striking ones with driving lamps on the grill.
Image #2: this was my favorite one. It had a sinister "Batmobile" look to it. The color is described as "Cosmic Blue Metallic". Its killer wheels can be seen in the image after this one.
Image #3: I liked these Batmobile wheels from the car shown above. They were more striking than the image conveys.
Image #4: Brian was most fond of this yellow one. It was a much more bold shade of yellow than my cell camera could capture.
Image #5: price $33,600. That's before taxes, fees, and dealer add-ons. I'll take two! 😀 You can see me squinting and looking funny in the window reflection. I've got a cold, I hurt, and the sun is in my eyes. :p
Image 6: origin of parts: Graz Austria, France, Belgium, Germany. All respectable places. :up:

We have those new five door four wheel drive Minis trolling around in Cape Town too… Absolutely nothing like the Mini my father gave me when I was seventeen and a bit. I'm now fifty two and a bit. Best wishes, from Brian.
