Image #3: Warming up the George Foreman grill, lol. That thing is probably fifteen years old. It cooks fast and easy.
Image #4: Grilling the chicken indoors. It was raining out.
Image #5: Somebody arrives just in time to help me eat it. 🙂

What seasoning do you put on the squash? I like a little basil and oregano myself (Italiano!). :chef:
This time I used Señora Dash, parsley, and heavy ground pepper. Later I sprinkled a little cheese over it to be sure it wasn't fat free, lol.I like your Italian idea.
Oh, and BTW, it says "Lean mean fat *REDUCING* grilling machine." 😆 The "reducing" word is superimposed over a slim waste silhouette. A slim waste, like Coxy's. 😀

It was a lowfat meal until I put half a stick of butter in the mashed potatoes (which are not seen).
I've been meaning to get one of those grills and just might do it this weekend. Because I've cut way back on salt, Mrs. Dash is one of my favorite seasonings!The squash looks divine!
So where was George to exhort the barbequeing process? 😀

Lotta butter! It was a heart up in the throat meal. Same with grits. They are much better when slathered with butter or cheese.The Mini did replace an anemic Chevy, but that was years ago.
