Brian bought this tree last year during the after-Christmas sales for $5. We put it up tonight. It's a little pathetic, but that suits us fine. :p We don't like those buff Christmas trees. We like the outcasts, the dispossessed, the scorned.

Somehow, I have always liked plastic trees more than real ones….Maybe because the real ones, in my reasoning, should be left standing to keep us breathing….. 😛
I feel the same way, and the cut trees are a fortune.When I was a young'un, we sometimes had an aluminum tree. It was kind of funny, and sometimes people laugh at them, but now they're things of legend and nostalgia. It was quite pretty with the rotating "color wheel" light shining on it.
