blog vs tweet

Whenever I see the same operator routinely explaining things on Twitter through dozens of Tweets, I think, “why can’t you just write this all on a blog in one page?”

This regularly makes me think that there’s distraction or concealment going on.

    Cue people getting uppity, and/or explaining at length why this is a Good Thing, Actually. In yet another Twitter thread, of course.

      I see some of the worst propaganda tools do it constantly. It splits reader comments into a thousand directions, and makes it so everything goes down so many rabbit holes.

      One of the worst, it is said that it takes him 40 Tweets just to clear his throat.
