Brian spotted Air Force One over Greensboro today. He said it dipped its wings and blinked its landing lights at him. :p
It's really only Air Force One if the president is aboard, and there is no way to really know that. There are several aircraft that serve as Air Force One.
Strange aircraft are seen over Greensboro, NC, frequently as the airport here is often used for that type of mysterious practice.
I remember seeing Airforce One several years ago. The President really was onboard and just arriving. I was on my way home from a class at ASU-Tempe and on the 51. OMG! No one was moving! After half an hour, made it to an exit, not the one I wanted but just had to get off! This exit ended up taking me back towards Scottsdale! Scottsdale Rd was bumper to bumper as well. I finally got home three hours later! A trip that normally would take, 1/2 hr no traffic, one hr w traffic. Missed meeting a friend for drinks in Glendale, which actually turned out to be a blessing because after her reaction, I never made plans with her again. She called me on my cell and was bitching why I wasn't there. And this was the same person who never arrived sooner than one hour (up to 2 hrs) late to any other time we met for drinks or dinner.
The Presidential Entourage was in Cape Town earlier this year. I didn't see them but my sister Barbara took her two boys to Hout Bay to see President Barak Obama arriving in a helicopter to pay a cursory visit to the people living there.
Did Brian wave back at the aeroplane ?
Yes, you're right Harry. I missed that detail. So then I hope Brian stood to attention and saluted back, all the while resisting sticking out his tongue at the same time.

OMG, I'd have a hard time not yelling DDYFC into the phone (drop dead you f*****g c**t). Well, actually, I talk a better game on my opera than I practice in real life.

I know that feeling. When GWB was the President select, I was in DC two times. It was hard to stare at the White House from the gate and breathe normally. With Obama in there, I can breathe OK but don't feel generally well.
We here in South Africa have had three nice Presidents in a row but now we have a Klutz.FW De KlerkNelson MandelaThabo Mbeki and now Jacob Zuma.
