country picklists on webpages

When I'm filling out forms on webpages, I expect the USA to be right at the top every time. If the list is truly alphabetical, I'm usually grumbling by the time I get down to the T's and U's, saying something like, "where the hell is it." I don't care if the webserver is in Iran or Cuba, the USA goes at the top. 😆

Image #1: this is a shitty picklist for the obvious reasons. Heaven forbid I have the jitters and accidentally click on Vanuatu or Virgin Gorda.

Image #2: this is a picklist correctly done. lol.
