I am STILL mourning the passing of my favorite video rental store.
Now a new issue has come up. Yesterday I took my truck to the usual repair shop for its annual inspection, and the PLACE IS CLOSED! OMG! I felt like my legs were cut out from under me.
Cummings Auto Service Center had few peers. For *forty* years they were honest, competent, fast, and friendly. Where do I take my truck for service now? This was the place that always checked my truck before departing on our cross-country Burning Man adventures. Oh man, another great business gone.
The owner is retiring. Grrrrr! The nerve of that guy, lol. Happy retirement. You did a great job.

Always sad to see a good business close…. I live in a dried up oil town…. Years ago this place was busy….. Oil field or factory almost on every corner……… Coming back after being gone for about 15 years was very sad…… So many buildings are now gone…… Businesses that were open for years are gone….I hope the owner of the car place has a good retirement
Now that's bad. There aren't enough honest garages about. 😡
