I'm pleased to have found this place in Charlotte, North Carolina. They have Honduran, Guatemalan, and Salvadorian food. At least it's different. The Mexican places are all the same. They can stamp a thousand different names on them, but it's always the same damned menu. This Honduran place is unique and good.
I'm a sucker for anything Latin-American. *wink* 😀 I might be a Mexican trapped inside a gringo body.
Here's my Honduran dinner while I waited for the 5 o'clock traffic to clear in Charlotte today.
yummy :chef: :chef:

A small horchata? That rocks. :headbang:

I'm far far away from you 🙂 It's impossible 🙂
Maybe it'll happen. I suppose it's one of my dreams to visit USA 🙂
It is for when you come for a visit.
Dave's posts about food always make me more determined to visit the USA. :chef:
Surely the food is better over there. I just post the odd stuff. All my operas are welcome to come this way. Try to give a little warning so we can clean the house. We live like pigs unless we're expecting someone. We are 5 hours from Washington DC by car. That could be a nice road trip. No matter what anyone thinks of the USA, DC is FUN!
Seems like Dave's hosting the MyOpera party :hat:

Let the salivation begin! Dang, that sounds good right now.
I run a very good charcoal grill, so everybody come on over. There is always plenty of beer, Coke, and Dr Pepper to go along with it. If you need something else, phone numbers can be provided. :p Just kidding!

Awww, that is sad.If I leave tonight after work, I can be there in about three days if I drive, or two months if I ride my bike. If I do ride I can be suitably non-vegan by then.:chef:

I think bike riding is preferable in order to get in shape before consuming large amounts of deliciousness!
Erm… which part exactly were you kidding about? You got me excited for a moment there! I need to believe at least part of it was true… :(:P

My mom's vegetarian but not vegan. We make sure she's happy. Baked sweet potatoes are a big part of it for that old southern girl. Also grill charred fresh okra is really good.
Hey, USA has great eats! I love American food!!! BBQ ribs… mmm… 🙄
