I've always viewed wearing a fragrance as being a bit bourgeois, but I still like a good squirt of CK One sometimes. :wizard:
Sometimes I even wear it to bed.

Just his squirt. 😮 The whole point of this post was so that I could use the word "bourgeois". :jester:To make it better, I usually buy the CK-1 at Sears. Sears? WhoTF shops at Sears? I'm actually surprised when I go in there and there are other customers.

Thanks for helping expand my vocabulary!bourgeois – 1: of, relating to, or characteristic of the social middle class 2: marked by a concern for material interests and respectability and a tendency toward mediocrity 3: dominated by commercial and industrial interests : capitalistic
I still don't understand that word I used or why u used it
This is the meaning closest to what I intended in the post: "dominated or characterized by materialistic pursuits or concerns".Concerning the capitalist meaning:When I was younger, I had several communist friends (well, still have a few). They loved to say, "that's so bourgeois", or "try not to be so bourgeois."
The word bourgeois always reminds me of my Sociology 'A' Level. And then I always think about Max Weber – the bourgeois Marx. Ah! Happy days.
