harry wasn’t feeling well today

I went grocery shopping today, also known as "doing the marketing". I got beer, of course, but also the "fixins" to make a couple of recipes this week, some really good ice cream (Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey!), and the other odds and ends one usually gets at *the store*. I don't know how it's said in other areas, but here, if you're going grocery shopping, you can just say, "I'm going to the store". That's all you gotta say! My quick little visit cost $94.

"Harry the Happy Dragon" is the mascot of the supermarket chain, Harris Teeter. Harry wasn't feeling well today. 😦 So much better than just saying, "out of order". I guess all those kids' butts finally did him in.

Sometimes when we are feeling irreverent and immature, we'll refer to the Harris Teeter as the "hairy peter". Everybody does this, really. 😮

Making my approach on *the store*:

Harry the Happy Dragon

It's "Harry the Happy Dragon". You can ride him if you want to. Giddyup! Note the fleet of powered scooter carts behind "Harry". Even if you can't walk, you can still shop OK here:

Harry the Happy Dragon

Harry is down for the count. Too much kid butt!
