The abandoned magazine racks at Books-A-Million.
Long time ago I used to cruise magazine racks… for Linux magazines with the latest release inside the cover on a CD: Red Hat, SuSE, Slackware.
The Sanborns on Vallarta in Guadalajara had a really good magazine selection. 😉📰

“this mall is a ghost town. Not many stores open, short staffed, every time I visit here all the lights in the mall are pretty much shut off.”
I’m looking for something to do while traveling for work and have a free afternoon. I found a nearby mall. This review helped me decide to go. Sounds OK to me.
I’ve been to more than one mall where rain was dripping inside through the ceiling with buckets here and there.
If some company named Simon owns the mall, it ain’t got long.

Just arrived at Golden Corral (buffet restaurant). Parking lot packed. My odds of getting Covid in there are probably about one in three.
I’m going in there.

Mid 1980’s. I had some kind of overpowering spiritual experience one night while this was thumping away on the FM. I wasn’t right for a while.

Just buy Target store brand pillows like a normal person.

No telling where I am.

In a Bojangles right now.
I travel a lot for work, and almost every fast food place I visit has syrupy “Christian” music playing.
It certainly doesn’t bring me closer to God, if there is one, it just makes me think the owner is a controlling nutcase enjoying a temporary captive audience. 🙄

Long time ago, this is how you processed those “special” pics, especially if were gay:
— shoot in black and white and process at home.
— know someone who worked in a local photo lab.
— mail color off to York. Sometimes they would do them.
— use a Polaroid.

The yahoo! news main page beating the hell out of the drum for escalation.
I don’t look to sites like that for real news, just a comparative curiosity peek.
