rigged reviews at discovery channel store

The Discovery Channel Store will not post my negative review of a defective item that had to be replaced multiple times.

Big news, huh. Yet another retailer with rigged reviews.

Customer service was, however, quite good.

    Yep, these reviews really are big business. I remember a story a couple of years ago when one internet seller tried to sue a customer for posting a negative review. :whistle:

    Stories of retailer retaliation are popular at The Consumerist website. The site is US-centric, though sometimes a UK biggie makes it in there.
