neighborly relations

My neighbors already hear lots of beer bottles crashing into our recycle container late at night.

I think as a crowning touch, I should get these steel drums to beat on late at night from my porch.

Most of the neighbors would get pissed off, but we do have a few who would probably come over and join in.
